For the filling:
- about 200 g jam
- 2 teaspoons of bitter cocoa
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven (electric: 180 ° C, ventilated: 170 ° C, gas: 190 ° C).
2. In a bowl pour the mixture 9 cakes, add the egg and, with a fork, work it together with some of the mixture.
3. Combine the cold butter from the fridge cut into cubes and knead the dough quickly with your hands until you get a smooth and compact dough.
4. At 1/4 of the dough, add the cocoa, form small spiders, arrange them on a non-stick pan and cook them on the medium shelf of the electric oven, or on the high shelf of the gas oven for about 12 minutes.
5. Roll out 2/4 of the dough into a pan with a diameter of 24 cm, forming a border about 2 cm high and distribute the jam.
6. With the rest of the dough, form small rolls and arrange them on the jam forming a spider web.
7. Cook on the bottom shelf of the electric or medium gas oven for about 25 minutes.
8. Finally, place the spiders on the cooled cake. 9 Store any leftover tart in the refrigerator and consume it within 48 hours.
